Fees for golf rounds must be paid to the golf course directly.
All travel bookings are subject to a 30% booking fee.
Exchanges & Returns Policy
A non-refundable deposit of USD $100 + 10% consumption tax is required after consultation to secure your custom golf travel reservation and cover booking processing costs. This deposit is credited against the total cost of your trip. A higher deposit may be necessary for bookings that are either last-minute or involve intricate planning. Read our terms and conditions.
Cancellations made 90 days before the date of travel incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total cost for the travel package (excluding green fees), and covering rebooking and preparation costs.
Cancellations made within 30 days from the date of the golf round(s) are non-refundable.
Failure to make full payment 45 days prior to the tour allows Tee Time Japan to cancel the booking. Additional cancellation fees from hotels or services will be deducted or invoiced accordingly.
